Is this a PRNG?
No. PRNGs use a secret seed to generate bits. Wurmloch uses the chaotic orbit of an affine function over a prime modulus. The parameters (a, c, m) are the entropy source, not a seed. Different parameters produce a completely different, uncorrelated orbit.
Is it NIST certified?
All 4 core SP800-22 tests PASS (frequency P=0.942, runs P=0.952). Full SP800-90B submission in progress. Pre-cert sales to gaming, simulation, and ML verticals don't require certification.
Can I run it on-premise?
Yes. On-Premise tier ($4,999/mo). Compiled binary with unique parameters per deployment. Optional hardware dongle ($199) for gaming regulator audit evidence. Full 7-layer license enforcement including triple-binding, orbit challenge-response, and temporal watermarking.
How do I migrate from CloudHSM?
Point your application at the Wurmloch REST endpoint instead of the CloudHSM PKCS#11 interface. Our entropy is a drop-in replacement — your app doesn't know the difference. No code changes required.
What about post-quantum cryptography?
Parameterized extraction scales to any future requirement. PQC key generation completes in nanoseconds. 57-channel mode serves ML-KEM-1024, ML-DSA-87, and FN-DSA without bottlenecking.
